I am a LMFT (licensed marriage family therapist) who enjoys working with individuals of all ages both online and in person. I am currently licensed in both California and in Oregon.

In my practice I typically treat people with symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, parenting support, caring for aging parents, life transitions, all types of women's issues, ADHD, and career changes.

In supporting clients, I cross pollinate from a variety of theoretical perspectives. My favorites include: EMDR, particularly Super Resourcing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness practices. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for patients in search of alternative treatment models.
